Before becoming a food photographer, Jan Wischnewski used to work as a chef among the 50 highest rated restaurants in Germany and he organized the catering for film productions and events. After stays abroad in the USA and the Caribbean he moved to Berlin and started writing recipes for Photocuisine and later on, for Stockfood. In the year of 2010 Jan started to combine cooking and photography and is author for over 30 cookbooks.
